Three Chinooks picking up Afghan, British and US troops with covering AH Apaches
Commissioned by one of the AH Apaches shown in the distant top of the painting. It shows the extraction of Afghan, British and US troops from a situation in Afghanistan which necessitated such action. Three Boeing Chinooks flew in and landed and immediately the troops gathered and boarded in the rear, with covering fire from the AH Apaches.
